How does the dog tracker work?

Our dog tracker uses GPS and mobile network technology to track your dog’s location in real time via satellite positioning. Simply download our mobile app to view your dog’s exact location on a map.

Depending on the usage mode, the battery lasts 3-7 days. In standard mode, it can last up to 5 days, while real-time tracking mode lasts about 3 days. Charging takes approximately 2 hours.

The tracker works anywhere with GPS signals and mobile network coverage. Whether in urban areas, suburbs, or remote locations, you can track your dog as long as there’s a signal.

Yes, to use the real-time tracking feature, a subscription is required. The cost is $X per month or $X per year (fill in your specific pricing), with the first month free as a trial.

Yes, our tracker has an IP67 waterproof rating, meaning it can withstand submersion in 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes—perfect for rainy days or water play.

The tracker is designed as a lightweight pendant that easily attaches to your dog’s collar or harness. Installation instructions are included in the package and work with most standard collars.
